Job summary

CDP, a Boston-based public benefit corporation, seeks a Manager, People Operations, Systems & Analytics on a contract-remote basis. The role centers on implementing scalable HR systems, analytics, and automation to support growth and an inclusive culture.

The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, hands-on HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now, ChartHop), strong analytics, and a proactive approach to data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

Five+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HRIS, compensation, or analytics.
Hands-on HRIS administration including configuration, data management, security, and reporting.
Strong Excel and data reporting skills; experience with AI-enabled dashboards.
Experience with benefits administration and ACA/EEO-1/Form 5500 compliance.

Responsibilities

Administer compensation cycles, structure data, and coordinate with finance teams.
Maintain salary grades and program administration.
Serve as primary HRIS administrator and optimize connected People platforms.
Develop workforce dashboards and executive-ready insights including board reporting.
Manage compliance reporting and annual open enrollment processes.
Design workflow automation and self-service tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
