CCRC Child Care Resource Center in Los Angeles area seeks a People Analyst to analyze operational data for People & Culture, manage project lifecycles, and implement policies and procedures as needed. The role emphasizes data-driven insights to support workforce initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field, 3+ years of People Analytics experience, Workday reporting skills, and strong BI platform proficiency. Hybrid work at HQ in Chatsworth, CA, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, psychology, statistics, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in People Analytics/Data Science with workforce focus; 1 year Workday reporting/calculated fields.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Visier) and SQL/Excel.
• Strong data collection, cleansing, analysis and actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Data Project Coordination (50%) and People Data Analytics (50%).
• Develop dashboards and reports to support HR/People initiatives.
• Communicate project status, goals and targets to stakeholders.
