Job summary

PeopleCert is seeking an experienced People Analytics Lead to drive data‑driven insights across the Group. You will shape the analytics agenda, strengthen HR reporting and enable scalable workforce insights across the employee lifecycle.

The role collaborates closely with People & Culture leadership, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Finance to translate data into actionable recommendations and reporting solutions that support strategic workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Analytics or HR analytics roles.
• Experience leading HR analytics, reporting or systems improvements.
• Strong knowledge of HR metrics and governance.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Analytics function and roadmap for workforce reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs covering headcount, turnover, engagement, diversity and more.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and effective use of HRIS and reporting platforms.
• Build predictive analyses on attrition, hiring demand and workforce trends.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate questions into analytical solutions.
