Qualifications

7+ years of program or project management experience in HR, People Analytics, or data environments.
Experience working with HR systems and data platforms.
Experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Technology.
Experience creating data visualization tools for executive storytelling.
Understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data science concepts.
PMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of people analytics initiatives and projects.
Establish program governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for on‑time delivery.
Drive prioritization and alignment across multiple talent program stakeholders.
Partner with HR leaders and executives to define talent program metrics and methods of measurement.
Translate business needs into analytics use cases and roadmaps.
Communicate program status and impact to senior leadership.
Develop dashboards, infographics, and analytics solutions to tell HR stories.
Ensure data integrity and alignment with enterprise data standards.
Support design of predictive analytics for attrition, workforce planning, and insights.
