Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH in Torrance, CA, is seeking a sales professional to grow the client base for PEO products, leveraging the Go-to-Market strategy to drive revenue. You will identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, while traveling as needed to secure referrals and onboard new clients.

The role involves prospecting outside the existing client base, onboarding clients, and continual skill development in sales.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, specifically the broker channel.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies and procedures for a smooth transition.
• Travel outside of geographical territory for conferences, training sessions, or area meetings.
• Project favorable representation of Paychex to clients and the community.
