You will identify needs, present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, and manage referrals from broker channels, while onboarding new clients efficiently.

The role requires strong sales experience, with base plus commissions and opportunities for growth within a supportive team culture. Travel may be required for conferences and training.

Qualificações

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using calls, direct mail, seminars, and events.
• Onboard PEO clients, following policies for smooth transitions.
• Travel as needed for conferences or trainings to represent Paychex.
