Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Burbank, CA is seeking a Business Consultant - PEO to identify, develop, and close new PEO opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, partnering with implementation, payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding.

The role requires the ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals, with frequent travel across the region. A strong background in PEO or related HR technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• More than two years of PEO sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Experience with payroll, HCM HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers and channel partners to generate PEO sales opportunities.
• Coordinate prospecting strategies to access business owners and decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and service expectations.
• Present PEO solutions and pricing options aligned with client needs and implementation timelines.
• Own and manage the full PEO sales cycle from lead generation to close.
