Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, PEO to lead the full sales cycle for our PEO solutions, including co-employment, payroll, HR support, and benefits. You will develop opportunities through self-generated prospecting, brokers, and channel partners, engaging business owners and executives to deliver our employment and HR outsourcing model.

You will maintain a robust pipeline, collaborate with implementation teams, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; 2+ years in PEO sales or equivalent.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new PEO opportunities within designated territory.
• Build referral networks with brokers and channel partners to generate qualified leads.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close and implementation.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and client presentations with clear value messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue accordingly.
