Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, PEO to identify, develop, and close new PEO opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to implementation, engaging business owners and executives to understand needs and present comprehensive HR outsourcing solutions.

This role requires proactive prospecting, skilled negotiation, and the ability to build strong referral networks with brokers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required.
• 1–2 years of prior PEO sales experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll, HCM, HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with brokers, channel partners, centers of influence, and other strategic partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand needs and service expectations.
• Present PEO solutions that align with prospect needs, including pricing and implementation expectations.
• Prepare proposals, executive summaries, and client presentations that communicate value of the PEO solution.
• Negotiate pricing, scope of services, and contract terms with leadership and clients.
• Own and manage the full PEO sales cycle from lead generation through close.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from signed agreement to implementation.
• Attend client visits and industry events as needed to close deals.
• Travel domestically to meet clients, attend events, and drive opportunities.
