Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant for PEO offerings to identify, develop, and close new opportunities with a focus on co-employment, payroll, HR support, benefits, and risk management. You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach through implementation, while maintaining an accurate pipeline in the CRM.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years B2B sales, 1-2 years PEO experience, and strong negotiation and prospecting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of B2B sales experience.
• One to two years of PEO sales experience.
• Prior sales experience with payroll, HCM, HR tech or benefits preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Generate new PEO sales opportunities within the territory.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies and engage decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs.
• Present PEO solutions and pricing options.
• Prepare proposals and client presentations communicating value.
• Negotiate terms and guide client through implementation.
