Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a driven Business Sales Consultant, PEO to identify and close new business for our PEO solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, engaging with executives and business owners to articulate ROI and service value.

The role requires proactive prospecting, channel partner collaboration, and strong negotiation and presentation skills, with frequent travel across the territory to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Proactively generate new PEO opportunities within designated territory.
• Invest time in broker/channel relationships to build qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and calculate ROI of PEO solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new business opportunities for PEO solutions.
• Present proposals, pricing, and service options to clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and onboarding.
