Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant in Los Angeles, CA. The role covers the full sales cycle for PEO solutions, from outreach and discovery to proposal, pricing, negotiation, close, and transition to implementation.

You will access business owners and executives, maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and meet monthly and quarterly targets. The role requires high energy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires strong prospecting and pipeline development abilities.
• Must be able to present PEO solutions and negotiate terms.
• Proficient in CRM usage and document management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to qualify prospect needs and decision criteria.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close and transition to implementation.
