Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant for PEO solutions in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, targeting business owners and executives with co-employment, payroll, HR, benefits, and risk management offerings.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and referral-building skills, with frequent domestic travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years B2B sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Prior PEO sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies to access decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and processes.
• Present PEO solutions and pricing options to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate with internal teams for implementation.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and CRM entries.
• Travel domestically to attend client visits, events, and meetings.
