Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Dallas is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, PEO to drive new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and partner with implementation teams. You will engage business owners and executives, present co-employment and HR outsourcing options, and close deals that transition to onboarding.

Candidates should bring 2+ years in PEO or HR tech sales, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and a willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• More than two years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license required for regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new PEO opportunities in the designated territory.
• Build referral networks with brokers and partners to generate qualified sales.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and risks.
• Present PEO solutions and tailor proposals, pricing, and timelines.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to implementation and renewal.
