Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Tampa, FL seeks a Business Sales Consultant, PEO to drive new PEO opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and partner with implementation teams to transition clients smoothly.

You will prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals with business owners and executives, leveraging referrals and channel partnerships while hitting monthly and quarterly targets in a dynamic, travel-friendly role.

Qualifications

• More than two years of PEO sales experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated Tampa region.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close and implementation.
• Develop proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
