You will identify, develop, and close opportunities across payroll, HR support, benefits, and risk management, managing the entire sales lifecycle from outreach to implementation.

The role requires proactive prospecting, strong negotiation, and the ability to build channel partnerships while hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling PEO or HR tech services.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers and partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored PEO options.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to implementation.
