Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant for PEO solutions in Tampa, FL. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to implementation.

Travel to client sites is expected as part of a multi-faceted sales strategy. The role requires building strong broker/channel relationships, conducting discovery, and presenting comprehensive PEO offerings including co-employment, payroll, HR support, and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Sales experience with payroll/HCM HR tech or benefits preferred.
• CRM tools experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Generate new PEO sales opportunities within designated territory.
• Build referral networks with brokers and partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to assess business needs and HR processes.
• Present PEO solutions aligned to client needs and pricing.
• Prepare proposals and client presentations with clear value communication.
• Close deals and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
