RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for a pediatric early intervention and developmental day treatment setting in Batesville, AR.

The role offers full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract options with a flexible weekday schedule and no weekends. Compensation is based on pediatric experience and billable-hour targets, plus evaluation pay and productivity bonuses.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates welcome.
• Pediatric experience with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Incorporate developmentally appropriate, neuroaffirming, and relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
