Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for a pediatric early intervention and developmental day treatment facility in Batesville, AR. Flexible weekday hours, no weekends, full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract arrangements, with compensation of $45-$69 per billable-hour equivalent based on pediatric experience.

Clinicians will evaluate and treat receptive/expressive language, feeding, AAC, and social communication in a neuroaffirming,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility required.
• CFs and new graduates welcome to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred, including developmental disorders, feeding, AAC, autism, or early intervention.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Incorporate neuroaffirming, relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to achieve functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
