Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for appropriate state licensure.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates welcome.
• Pediatric experience preferred, particularly with developmental disabilities, feeding, AAC, autism, or early intervention.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to continue learning.
• Clinical Fellowship Supervision Available: New graduates join an established speech therapy department with experienced SLPs who provide mentorship, supervision, and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines
• Incorporate developmentally appropriate, neuroaffirming, and relationship-centered treatment approaches
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development
