Job summary

Software Placement Group in Batesville, AR, seeks Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team. You will evaluate and treat children in a neuroaffirming, relationship-centered setting within a developmental preschool and outpatient context.

Responsibilities include assessments, plan development, and interprofessional collaboration, with strong mentorship for CFs and new graduates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individual treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Incorporate developmentally appropriate, neuroaffirming, and relationship-centered approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to support functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
