Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CF) for a dynamic pediatric setting in Batesville, AR. The role offers flexible weekday hours, no weekend requirements, and multiple employment options including full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract.

Compensation ranges from $45 to $69 per billable-hour equivalent based on pediatric experience, with additional pay for evaluations, productivity bonuses, and potential sign-on and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Arkansas SLP license or eligibility required.
• Clinical Fellows welcome, pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Incorporate neuroaffirming, relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
