Zaddy Solutions in Batesville, AR seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team. The role emphasizes neuroaffirming care, sensory integration, and collaboration with teachers, nurses, and rehab professionals to support children in their everyday environments.

We offer flexible scheduling (no weekends) and variable employment options (full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract) with compensation based on pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD.
• Arkansas SLP license or eligibility is required.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, and other therapy disciplines.
• Adapt therapy approaches to neuroaffirming, relationship-centered care.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans for functional outcomes.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
