Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join a pediatric early intervention and developmental day program in Batesville, AR. Work with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting that blends outpatient therapy with a preschool environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates welcome.
• Pediatric experience preferred, including developmental delays, feeding, AAC, autism, or early intervention.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapists.
• Incorporate neuroaffirming, relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in professional development or supervision.
