Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows to join a pediatric early intervention and developmental day treatment team in Batesville, AR. The role offers flexible hours across full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract arrangements, with a focus on relationship-centered care for children in daily environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Incorporate neuroaffirming, relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
