MDS Staffing invites applications for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) in Batesville, AR. This pediatric-focused setting blends outpatient therapy with a developmental preschool environment, enabling work with children throughout their day and close collaboration with education and healthcare teams.

We emphasize neuroaffirming care, sensory integration, and understanding why a child behaves as they do.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders is required.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility is required.
• Experience with pediatric populations and early intervention is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Use neuroaffirming, relationship-centered approaches with children and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
