Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for Arkansas licensure.
• Licensed SLP or eligible for licensure required.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, feeding, AAC, and communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, and other therapy disciplines.
• Use neuroaffirming, relationship-centered approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain compliance.
