True North Consultants, Inc. in Batesville, AR is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.

The role blends outpatient pediatric therapy with a developmental preschool environment, enabling work with children throughout the day. Flexible weekday schedules and opportunities across full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract roles are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility required.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates welcome.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Incorporate neuroaffirming, relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
