Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome, including new graduates.
• Pediatric experience preferred, especially with developmental delays, feeding, AAC, autism.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate and dependable, eager to continue learning.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers and other therapy disciplines.
• Apply neuroaffirming, relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
