Job summary

Qualifications

• Pediatric-focused expertise or experience in developmental settings preferred.

• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility required.
• Strong clinical reasoning and collaboration skills with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
