Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Physician Liaison to own the market and build a field-facing team. You will run lead on ground provider partnerships, prospect clinics, and coordinate with our GTM leadership to expand access for ADHD care.

The role is field-based, requiring 4–5 days in clinics each week, with additional input into which practices to target and how to win referrals. Base salary + incentives. No sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Pediatrics or behavioral health experience is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Willingness to travel in-field 4–5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Activate clinics in Dallas–Fort Worth by cold prospecting and booking meetings.
• Deliver clinic in-services to physicians and staff.
• Grow and maintain referring relationships with clinics.
• Help build and mentor the liaison team in other Texas markets.
• Document work in CRM daily with outcomes.
