Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Physician Liaison to expand our Texas footprint in Dallas–Fort Worth. You will travel five days a week, engage pediatric practices, and convert visits into referrals for ADHD and obesity care.

You’ll run in-services, build lasting physician relationships, and document every interaction in our CRM. The role rewards a proven sales track record and clinical background, with equity and strong benefits in a fast-growing health-tech company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Pediatrics or behavioral health is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating targets.
• Clinical background is a real advantage.
• Ability to move quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to approach clinics cold and present effectively.
• Experience presenting to groups in a clinical setting.
• Familiar with Salesforce/Zoho or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Activate clinics and convert practices into referring partners.
• Deliver in-services to physicians and staff across clinics.
• Grow and maintain clinic referrals and relationships.
• Set up and schedule physician-led presentations with medical advisors.
• Document all accounts, visits, and outcomes in the CRM daily.
• Provide market feedback to the team on what lands in Texas.
