PM Pediatric Care in Dallas is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome families and manage front desk and administrative tasks for the medical team. You will greet families, answer questions, and ensure smooth patient flow while upholding PM Pediatric Care’s values and HIPAA guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient accounts and accurately collect demographics and insurance information.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and effective problem-solving.
• Manage patient flow and registration processes efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer patient/family questions and seek clarification when needed.
• Access empathy and active listening in difficult situations.
• Coordinate escalations to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to handle complex patient issues.
• Register patients and maintain accurate demographic/insurance data and HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor patient flow through waiting and registration areas.
• Perform opening/closing duties including stocking and sanitizing.
