Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally both in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions and seeks clarification when needed.
• Registers all patients and maintains accurate demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Monitors patient flow and manages waiting room and self-registration processes.
• Coordinates escalations and urgent issues for timely resolutions.
