We are seeking a Site Support Specialist to provide customer service, clerical, and administrative support for therapy, ABA, and preschool operations, acting as a liaison between site and central teams.

The role involves front desk duties, patient check-ins, scheduling updates, and processing paperwork between site and central administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage and greet clients and families.
• Check in clients and visitors and route to appropriate areas.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Assist with transportation forms, logs, and related paperwork.
• Support after-care operations and staffing under leadership.
