Responsibilities

• Answers patient/family questions and seeks guidance when needed.

• Collaborates with site leadership to manage complex patient issues.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate demographics, insurance, and billing data with HIPAA compliance.

• Performs opening and closing duties including stocking, sanitizing, and reconciling.
