Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage daily and greet clients and families.
• Direct clients to appropriate areas and assist with check-in procedures.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Assist with onboarding materials, enrollment packets, and scheduling.
• Manage mail, paperwork, and documentation between site and central teams.
• Support in coordinating therapy and preschool operations and daily activities.
