PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome families and manage registrations. You will greet families, answer questions, and support smooth patient flow while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accuracy in account records.

The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and exceptional customer service in a busy pediatric environment. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with administrative duties, and the ability to multi-task while staying patient-focused

• Team player in a fast-paced environment with professional demeanor.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to work flexible schedules.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Quality focused, detail oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of medical insurance preferred.
• Socially perceptive and able to relate to children and families.
• Front Desk or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions and seeks clarification when needed.
• Accesses empathy and active listening in difficult situations.
• Supports patient care quality initiatives as directed.
• Coordinates escalations and urgent issues for timely resolution.
• Collaborates with site leadership to manage complex patient issues.
• Maintains patient flow and assists with self-registration.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and protects patient information.
• Handles opening/closing duties including stocking, organizing, and reconciling.
• Executes other duties as assigned.
