PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome families and manage registration with accuracy and care. You will handle patient questions, coordinate with the medical team, and support HIPAA-compliant operations in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and excellent communication to ensure a first-class experience for families visiting the clinic.

Qualifications

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer patient/family questions clearly and seek instruction when needed.

• Navigate multiple computer systems during registration.

Responsibilities

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient accounts with demographics, insurance, and financial info.
• Manage incoming patient documents, mail and correspondence.
• Monitor patient flow and assist with self-registration processes.
• Coordinate with site leadership on complex patient issues and escalations.
• Ensure confidential handling of patient information and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform opening and closing duties including stocking and cleaning.
