• Manages patient flow and assists with self-registration.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Handles incoming documents and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs opening and closing duties and basic administrative tasks.
• Escalates and coordinates urgent issues with site leadership.
• Supports care quality initiatives and aligns with PM Pediatric Care values.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient accounts and records.
