PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet families, manage registrations, and keep the front desk running smoothly with a welcoming, first-class experience.

The ideal candidate will handle phone inquiries, verify demographics and insurance, and support the medical team with organized administrative tasks while upholding HIPAA guidelines and a patient-first approach.

• Guides families through PM Pediatric Care systems before, during, and after visits.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate accounts with demographics, insurance, and billing info.
• Manages incoming documents and correspondence with proper storage.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Performs opening/closing duties including stocking, organizing, and sanitizing.
• Executes other duties as assigned.
