Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for the developmental preschool, therapy, and ABA programs at the site. You will cultivate Pediatrics Plus culture, oversee site operations including enrollment, staffing, systems, and compliance with state guidelines to ensure service excellence.

You will manage budgets, revenue/expenses, and health and safety, while engaging families and guiding leaders across departments. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, required.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Special Education, or therapy related field, preferred.
• 3+ years of successful experience in a classroom setting working with developmentally at-risk children and/or broad clinical experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to preschool, therapy, and ABA programs at the site.
• Lead team daily huddles for priority setting and support.
• Oversee hiring, terminations, and performance reviews with HR/Leadership approvals.
• Oversee preschool and therapy operations and family engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas Childcare Licensing, AR Medicaid EIDT, audits, and other requests.
• Manage site budget, revenue, expenses, and payroll within projections.
• Represent site in organizational, leadership, and clinical program meetings.
• Attend marketing events and engage with local community.
• Handle parent concerns and escalate when needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, required.
