Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of customer service experience; clerical work in clinical settings preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting patients, managing calls, and creating a welcoming clinic experience.
• Accurately handle patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR documentation.
• Coordinate communication across departments to support smooth daily clinic operations.
• Manage administrative tasks including scanning, forms, payments, audits, and patient portal support.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold organizational standards while supporting workflow and team training.
