Job summary

Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) is seeking a Patient Operations Team Lead to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional care for families. This role involves leading a diverse team, coordinating scheduling and workflows, and collaborating with COPA clinics.

Qualifications

Three years of customer service experience required, clerical experience in clinical setting preferred.
Exceptional and proven communication skills to interact with a diverse population of professionals.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be flexible and able to work any COPA site during evenings, weekdays, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the Patient Operations team through daily guidance.
Coordinate daily clinic operations and staffing for smooth running.
Drive performance and process improvement by tracking key performance indicators.
Support patients and families by addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
Partner with Patient Operations leadership on timecard approval and operational procedures.
