Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) seeks a Patient Operations Team Lead to direct daily clinic operations across COPA sites. You will lead scheduling, check-in/out, and staffing with a focus on exceptional patient service and efficient workflows.

This role collaborates with leaders to improve processes and ensure a welcoming family experience. The position requires a strong leader with healthcare ops experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Patient Operations team with daily guidance and training.
• Coordinate clinic operations, staffing, schedules, and workflow.
• Track performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Support patients and families, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Partner on timecard approvals and cross-site coordination.
