Job summary

Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) seeks a Patient Services Representative to welcome families, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support the patient portal across all COPA clinics.

You will handle registration, EMR documentation, and front desk operations with HIPAA compliance, contributing to a warm, family-friendly environment. Shift is 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Clerical experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Intermediate and advanced phone, verbal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and document in EMR.
