The position requires attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to navigate healthcare systems while upholding HIPAA and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Clerical experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting patients, managing calls, and creating a welcoming clinic experience.
• Accurately handle patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR documentation.
• Coordinate communication across departments to support smooth daily clinic operations.
• Manage administrative tasks including scanning, forms, payments, audits, and patient portal support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards while supporting workflow, problem-solving, and team training.
