Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with four years related experience; or college degree and 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to navigate multiple patient records systems and use Office-type software.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the administrative team as the public face of the Pediatric Clinics.
• Support activities across CRM messages, telephone encounters, referrals, APeX in-baskets, scanning, filing, authorizations, and billing.
• Maintain routine clerical operations and communications; adhere to UCSF standards; work with clinical staff to improve patient information flow.
