Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome patient families, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with the clinical team. You will help register patients, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support MyChart access in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple primary care locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patient families and serve as liaison between patients and clinical team.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and scheduling in EPIC.
• Register patients and guardians with MyChart and ensure accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational ethics policies.
• Coordinate with Practice Manager and regional staff to optimize patient flow.
