Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HSED required.
• 1+ years related work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical menu software preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patient families at front desk and liaises with clinical team.
• Schedules appointments using EPIC and manages waitlists and cancellations.
• Registers patients/guardians with MyChart and ensures accurate demographics.
• Secures appropriate release of information and HIPAA compliance.
• Enters registration data accurately and completes all checklists.
• Maintains proficiency with EPIC and other required systems.
